Welcome to The Maude Collective. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Maude Collective. The Maude Collective operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated online shopping experience (the “Services”).

The Maude Collective is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

When you place an order through The Maude Collective, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

The Maude Collective reserves the right to accept, decline, modify or cancel your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until The Maude Collective confirms acceptance.

We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the selected product, quantity, delivery address and contact details. The Maude Collective may be unable to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests after an order has been accepted or processed.

If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale or unauthorised export.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The Maude Collective is an online-only store and does not operate a physical retail store.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, the handling and delivery of the parcel are subject to the carrier’s processes and conditions.

Where permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you once the products have been transferred to the carrier for delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. The Maude Collective is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product photographs, product designs, reviews, videos, audio and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by The Maude Collective, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Maude Collective is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our online store are made directly with The Maude Collective.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and The Maude Collective, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products purchased through our online store.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with The Maude Collective.
